if its a guy they love the chase. maybe you should stop cahsing him and let him chase you. i mean they dont want a free meal thats being offered to them. they want to have to do something for it. when you chase them you come off as being clingy we dont want that. because clingy turns in to stocking and thats even worse. so if you want his/her interest make them cahse for it. but thats just a suggestion you dont have to use it.

REALLY Be yourself.
Let the real girl shine through, -----meaning, blow away the 'cover', the plastered makeup, wierdo hairdo's the tacky clothes, etc, and be a real person.
Be a really beautiful SOUL in addition to being attractive. Be polite, NEVER use foul language or demean others. Word gets around, get it?
Be CONFIDENT and exude excitement and high self-esteem, even if you are shy.
Be interesting, get yourself educated, smile a lot, look them directly in the eyes but do not stare (be open-faced) even if you are shy, be very well groomed, practice good hygiene, and go EASY on the perfume. SMOKING is a NO-NO. There is NOTHING that turns off interest faster than a smelly smoke-belching smoker.
Watch the body language of your intended. He might already BE interested and dying for you to make the first move.
By the way, you can ask them out, why not? The worst thing that can happen is they MIGHT say No.

you cant make someone care about you. and you sure can't make someone love you. it takes time to build up love or take the time to care about someone in any relationship. just be yourself and remember, whatever is meant to be, will always find its way. and never push someone either. its the worst thing..they have to be willing to do it on their own.

you cant force some one to like or love you.. if it was meant to be then it was. so don't force it.. my Friend is going through the same situation and I'm trying to help her through the same issue and its not the most easiest thing to get over.. especially if you do care abt them... so all i can really tell yah is to actually take it easy and see if he will come to u and.. really don't take me literally and waste your whole life waiting for him....
