technically, never...it's the whole half life paradigm.

I don't know what the half life of lortab in the human body but for example:

lets say it took 1 hr to metabolize 1/2 the lortab (assuming we don't reach saturatation ... there is a limit on how fast it can be removed).

in 1 hour it would remove 3.25 leaving 3.25

in hour 2 it would remove 1.625 leaving 1.625

in hour 3 it would remove 0.8125 leaving 0.8125.

in hour 4 it would remove 0.40625 leaving 0.40625

in hour 5 it would remove 0.203125 leaving 0.203125

in hour 6 it would remove 0.1015625 leaving 0.1015625.

...in hour 100 it would remove 5.9164567891575885405879642396209 x10^-30 leaving 5.9164567891575885405879642396209 x10^-30

and so forth forever...
