go to http://www.download.com and download AVAST! You should of had a Antivirus software before hand!!!

You can also do a search for McAfee Stinger, it is a free antivirus scanner/removal tool from McAfee.

i suggest you should'nt get those free ones. U should get the ones from office depot, best buy or some stores like that because they are much worth it than those free software from the internet. we had an anti-virus software from the internet and it pretty much didnt work, so now we had to get a new hardware b/c our pc got infected by a virus.(and we had those free softwares from the internet)

So just buy an anti-virus systems from computer stores. (yes those are a bit expensive but i swear they are worth it)

if you are able to load the anti-virus unplug from the internet and run it good .but if it won't let you start the program you need to wipe out the whole system to factory specs. start fresh on your computer then first load in the anti-virus and the other programs. good luck on it

In yahoo search type AVG free edition. That's a program I just got that a friend recommended to me.

use Windows One Care Live (www.microsoft.com)
or Norton anti virus
or MacAffee

all of them are very good anti virus programs.

There is some software out there called AntiVir that seems to work well. If you Google it I'm sure it will come up.
