first i cant activate my windows xp it came with the computer the web sight says something about a COA then i have a no sound at all i just reinstalled software and if i have to reinstall sound card witch disk is it windows xp hp 533w hope u can help gettin frustrated

You should be able to get the sound card drivers from
http://support.hp.com
The COA should be on the side of your computer. I would recommend that all windows users write down the COA numbers on the inside cover of their PC in case the sticker becomes detached.

The COA should be on a sticker on the back or the side of your computer. It will be a 25 digit number that is broken into 5 sets of five. It not there look for your windows book. It might be there
