My boyfriend constantly accuses of me of cheating when i have never ever cheated on any of my boyfriends in the past and now. He thinks because i am in my mid 20's and he is in his mid 30's that I am more in apt to cheat. He always tells I know you want to be with someone your own age. Quite frankly i get along with people who older than me. One of my good friends god rest her soul was 11 years older than me. Then he tells me that his mother doesnt like the fact that i am 12 years younger than him. I told him does he have any factual proof that i am cheating he says no he just has a feeling. Has any1 ever went through this?

And you haven't dumped him yet? What a pain in the A$$. I wouldn't put up with that crap personally. Also...that is the oldest trick in the book for a cheating male. They accuse their mate in order to get the attention off of there own infidelity. You got yourself a psycho Mommas boy there Honey...Good luck keeping out of the funny farm after he is done with you.

Hmmmm, let's see, there is a 12 year age difference, he accuses you of cheating, and his mama doesn't like you.

First of all, it sounds like he is very insecure. Now that he caught the cute young lady, he is now wondering how he will keep her happy and satisfied. Let me add, that when someone is doing the accusing, they are usually the ones abusing - and in this case it's cheating. I don't know if your man is cheating, but I would start asking HIM if he's doing the cheating!!! My husband and I were 8 years apart in age and I was always accused of cheating until I found women's clothing in his jeep! So take off the rose colored glasses girlfriend and keep your eyes wide open.
As far as MAMA is concerned, she really needs to mind her own dang business! Seriously, it sounds like he is a mama's boy and if I were you I would RUN! And when you think you are done running, RUN SOME MORE!!
I might add that it's probably mommy who is putting those thoughts about you cheating in her little boy's head.

Good Luck!

Yes. In my last relationship (an abusive, prick). Constantly he would accuse me any time that I was not around him. We went to work at the same time - two blocks from my job. We had lunch together, came home together. I loved happy hour with the girls because I could come up for air. He was like a cat on a hot tin roof when I was with the girls. I didn't have a cell phone, but I could always sense that he was there hiding somewhere while we had a "great" time. When I returned home, I'd gear up for the biggest argument - again, accusing me of someone.

When I knew I was ready to leave him, I did have a brief encounter with someone just as messed up as him, since I was being accused, I figured I'd get the rewards from it. Unfortunately the creep let him know that I was with him. I returned to pure hell. I finally left him. He thought because he was older that he knew what was best for me, but he just used that to suffocate me.

Everything you say rings true. Leave before he starts corporal punishment (slapping, choking, black eye). I had one physical contact, never expecting it to escalate to that, I said good-bye and never looked back.

I really hate to say this, but from personal experience, if your man is accusing you of cheating and you have never given him a reason to do so, he has a guilty conscience. I have never cheated on any of my boyfriends and one always accused me. It turned out he cheated on me numerous times with at least 2 other women.
I can't say that he is the same, but that's what I went through.

This is proof that men never grow up even at 30 something.

Most ppl think their s/o is cheating because of their own insecurity. If he is that insecure in the relationship then you need to talk to him about that. Perhaps bringing that out in the open he may be able to work on it...perhaps he was cheated on in the past. Hopefully it's something you can work on together.

If he is accusing you of cheating maybe he is cheating on you. They are trying to make themselves not feel guilty. I cheated on my ex and he didn't know anything about it and I would just cause fights with him and then talk about what a jerk he was so I didn't feel so bad. Think about it..this is a possibility and those can just be excuses he is making up about the age and stuff!

I haven't been in a situation like this, but let me ask you this question, do you think that he is cheating on you? I know that when one of my friends boyfriends accused her of cheating it was because he was and didn't want to get caught. I think that you should most likely 1.Prove to him that you aren't or 2. Break up with him because he clearly doesn't trust you, and he really should if you want to be in a relationship with him. Hopefully I helped you!

Haven't really been in the same situation as you, but I'd advise you to DTMFA. He sounds like he either has a real self-esteem issue or he's got a guilty conscience and is accusing you of doing what he himself is doing.

Its called he is probably feeling guilty for his own actions. In two relationships, one was marriage and another just a b/f, both accused me of wrong doings when it was them cheating.
