Lime Oil!!
I had a problem with my puppy chewing the woodwork in my house. After lots of research and using all kinds of sprays to keep him away, I found the only thing that worked was Lime Oil. It's natural and dogs hate the smell and taste. Get some and rub it on the flowers.
Just make sure you get pure lime oil and not lime juice. My local grocery store didn't have it but I found it at a gourmet food store. They also have it on Amazon.

Sorry but the only way to fix this is a fence. Or put them on a leash.
Puppies are too young to know yet never to chew on flowers.

puppies are puppies they will not start to calm down ill about a year. be patient just keep reminding him. Catch him in the act tell him no. If he doesn't move himself move him lightly. Then when he does reward him with a treat. The key to traing a pup is the better the treats the better the behavior.

Pups do spoil and eat up everything in their sight.....my dog is 9mnths old and still does it, when i am not around tho. But you can train them....like say a stern NO or STOP when he/she is nearing the plant. My dog always needs a stern sound, he doesn't even bother to hear when I tell him softly. Use gestures when u r saying the word NO or STOP or any word that u r using and always remember to treat him/her when she/he does listen to you. Continue this for a while and they'll get used to it. And never yell at ur dog, they don't understand...catch them redhanded and use ur way to stop it. I use LEAVE IT for my dog, when he picks up wrong things.

small fence, then if they get close and try to get in punish them sooner or later they will learn to stay away.To test them take down the fence and if they go in put the fence up again if they don't leave it down but watch them closely. One of the reasons might be is that they don't get enough food or not enough attention. Try those things then try the fence thing.

You can put chicken wire around the areas while you are training them to stay out of them. I just smacked them every time they went into mine and told them no. They got it after a week or two but I constantly had to watch them so I could catch them doing it. Good luck!! DOGS RULE!!!

Haha! Yep. I think a small fence is your best option here. I have to fence off my flowerbeds to keep my full-grown dogs out of them. You can get cheap plastic or wire fences pretty much anywhere.
Good luck!

Chicken wire around the garden. Inexpensive and isn't too terrible looking either.

Put some Tabasco sauce on the plants, and the puppies will stop eating them.
That's what scientists say you should do if they're eating their poop.
