It depends some girls can wear them and look good but some can wear them and look like a beached whale. Others just look skanky because they are too lowcut or too short.

Absolutely, this is a strange question to ask men or young boys. I would however tell you that if your belly rolls over the short skirt then you should probably stick with sweat pants and a tee.

Most definately. Iespecially like it when my lady wears really sexy clothes when we are out, because she will grab the attention of other men, sometimes women, and that's a big turn-on.
