Dump him!!
If the only reason he is going out with you is for your boobs then he wants one thing, sex! And if you are not married to him then you shouldn't give him that one thing. Because that is a wonderful gift that should be given to only your future husband, and you need to guard your purity. So I would definetly dump him, because he isn't good enough for you!!!

Find a guy that likes you for something more than physical. 10 years from now your boobs will not be as round...20 they will really start to droop and then what will he like you for?
