ive asked tis woman out several times and she always says yes but she never comes through. should i keep askin

Well, it looks like she is saying yes to you to keep you happy and this keeps her thinking your happy because you keep asking her out after she does not show up. I say move on and give someone that will deserve your time a chance instead of wasting your time on this one. Good Luck!!!!
