I need to know how to use downloaded skins in Windowblinds. I downloaded one skin, opened Windowblinds, chose 'Install from disk', clicked the folder where I had saved the skin and it worked. I downloaded 2 other skins and when I did this the folder with the skin looked empty and wouldnt install? But if I open the folder from my desktop all the files are in there. What do I need to do?

Sometimes the download fails to complete, and when a skin file is fragmented or corrupted, the program doesn't recognise it as an applicable skin. Download it again, overwriting the old one, and if this doesn't work, find an alternate source of the same skin somewhere else on the net and download it from there.
Also, some skins are only usable on certain OS platforms, so XP skins can only be used with "WindowBlinds for XP", etc, etc. Some skins are only usable on certain Windows Themes (Background, appearance, screen saver, screen size), so a 800 x 600 skin will not work on a 1024 x 768 screen size, etc, etc.

Good luck. Blessed Be.
