Most of the time, no, but sometimes yes and it's great when it does happen. Don't dream about achieving this though. It's very hard for some people.

Men usually do first. But a woman will two or three times (guys, make sure you are doing her right!).
So then men finish first, as we are always competetive.
Women finish more, as they always try to show us up.
