Try anise and clementines.
Anise gives a nice licorice flavor, and Clementines add a natural sweetness.
Feel free to modify according to your personal taste.
4 fresh clementines Peeled and sectioned to remove seeds.
1can Frozen orange Juice
1/2 teaspoon ground Anise.
Put in a blender and turn on until it is mixed.
If you want a thicker smoothie add 1/2 cup plain yogurt.
I prefer to buy the anise seeds and grind them myself, but that's up to you. If you don't have frozen orange juice, try 2 cups regular orange juice with 2cups ice in the blender.it should even out.
Another one is watermelon and Mint.
Just blend
2 cups Ice
4 cups ripe watermelon chunks (roughly 8-10oz in weight.)
10-15 fresh mint leaves(bruise, cut or crush them to release the flavor.)
Hope you like it.

Ever hear if Acai berry? I find it at wild oats in juice form or frozen. It is really high in antioxidants so it keeps you young and healthy!
I also love to use raw cacao. It is too bitter to eat solo but in a smoothie it takes like dark chocolate except with no added sugar. It is another great anti-oxidant. I will grow old with grace if it is the last thing I do!! LOL
Of course fresh pineapple with coconut is a favorite. I also love banana and almond butter. Yumm

This isn't unusual, but it's soooo good.
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup o.j.
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup tofu ( silky kind)
soy protein powder
Ice
Blend until smooth...2 servings
You can substitute strawberries for the o.j. or plain non-fat yogurt with splenda.
Makes a great breakfast...ENJOY!

sky is the limit, any herbs, fruit or veggies. to make things smoother and health friendly you can use tofu instead of yoghurt, or try using exotic fruits like soursop or avocado or starfruit. you can make a smoothie from other recipes like gazpacho with out the onion and garlic. good luck!
