some time it is because of dirty rods & ball so try to clear if again happen then cable damaged(short) & circuit damage(short),
You have to replace mouse or change it's cable
if you have laser/optical mouse then when there is heavy signal around mouse area, also this happens(you can check about heavy signal with placing your mobile near optical mouse and call from any other number to your mobile)
you have to change location or use other mouse which is not optical.

Your mouse might be dirty. If it's a ball mouse, you can just turn it over, unscrew it down where the ball is, and pop the ball out. Then use a dry Q-tip and clean it out inside. Becareful, because you might accidently cause the mouse to click and weird things will happen on screen. Put the ball back in and close it up.

try to clean the ball out, check if the box is unchecked mark for( remote user) under my computer, properties, tab remote user. and virus scan

You need a tower trap for your mouse
Maybe you should feed it more of those viruses
