McDonalds is great simply because it is one of the only places in my area that stays open 24 hrs. so yeah, I'd be mad if it got closed down. What would all the people do who have the drunk munchies? Go home and cook for themselves and set the place on fire?
Also, there is something about McDonalds coke a cola. It tastes like other.

The world would be much better off if restaurants like McDonalds had never existed. In a nutshell, 'fast food' restaurants are the most convenient way to get unhealthy food. it should be no surprise that obesity is becoming an epidemic in the US. If the government was serious about health, it would try to limit these stores and what they can sell. But then people would cry about how their right to eat crap is being violated, which would lead to protests and boycotts and the same kind of stuff we're seeing right now over our involvement in Iraq. I guess maybe people just like to complain, no matter what the cause.

I'm sure lots of people would be mad. I know I'm no to happy that the one in my neighborhood is getting remodeled and the drive-thru line is around the world all day and night.

I'd probably be dissapointed because it's such a memorable business. I usually don't eat there, so I don't think I'd get mad. But it's got a bit of historical meaning to itself.
