No! That's a huge no! I'm a Libra myself and i've had scorpio roomates and have dated scorpios. Now people are people and there are exceptions to the rule. When it comes down to the nitty gritty though Libras and Scorpio's end up rubbing each other the wrong way. Scorpio's are very defined in what they want and how they want to do things. Meaning they want it how they want it or they don't want it at all. Libras are lofty fun loving happy go lucky artsy types that just want to enjoy the world. Scorpio's can put a damper on a Libra's "free spirit". But who knows maybe it's not the same for you and this other person. You just have to put in the time and the effort to get to know each other as best as possible and see how it goes from there. Good Luck.

I'm a Libra and have heard that Scorpio's can be really hot and steamy, while Libra's are loving and loyal, could be fun, but most likely my hart, (as a libra man), would get broken, and we would always remain friends....I'm willing to try, how bout you?
if your a Scorpio woman and this Libra man, could work but the opposite is true for a Libra woman and Scorpio man. They would kill each other or never stop trying to kill each other really bad karma

Scorpio guys and libra girls do not go so well in a relationship............. both emotionally as well as sexually. Scorpios are extremely passionate............. librans do not coincide with their passion and hence creating ups and downs in relationships.
Scorpio girls and libra guys may start of with a good relationship but do not generally last long......................
