The Lookout Centre in Bracknell Pine forests. Get a train from London (Waterlook I think) - possibly Bracknell might be on the Reading line, check at Information. Then its a few miles cycle or taxi to the Lookout Centre - opposite a leisure pool called Coral REef. You can also hire bikes there for I think £10 for 2 hours. There are good trails and its a very beutiful spot. If going by car, Bracknell is Junction 3 of the M3.

well seen as mountain bikes are kinda rugged you would imagine they can move and change directions kinda quick so the only place i can think of in london where you could get an "adrenalin buzz" would be that wee cottage at the end of the mall i think its called buckingham palace if you get in there and ride around the estate there i am sure you would have to dodge a few policeman and bullets now how is that for a buzz

Hmm, well, you can go for a tinker round Richmond Park - but not really very suitable. Suggest sections of the North Downs Way. Beast bet might be to get a train from Victoria and get further out of town, perhaps to the south downs?
