I don't know about you, but the hungrier I get, the less choosy I become.

If I scan the fridge and don't find anything that really appeals to me at the moment, I'll go away for a while and return. When I open the fridge the next time, I'm hungrier and something that I didn't really want before starts looking much better. 30 minutes later and I'll eat just about anything in there. :-)

I do it to make sure that I didn't miss something or maybe an idea of what I can make will come to me. It is the weirdest thing though, because I do it so darn often.
