ok here's what gets me. judges let sex offenders off or on parole. the offenders just go out and do something worse than their orriginal crime. wouldn't the judges see from other cases in the news that hey letting them off isnt working here. you can't rehabilitate a sex offender..... what do you think....

I agree 100% with you. But as long as the citizens of this great country set back and let it happen it will continue. I can tell you from experience dealing with child molesters in the jails that you cannot rehab them. I have personally watched these people order in comic books and children's books the TV in their cell block stays on cartoon network (unless they are watching cops). Kinda ironic isn't it? There is only one reason they do this and it is to keep up with what their next victims interest are. You have prisons that are over crowded and bleeding hearts out there that say oh poor baby he just made a mistake lets let him have another chance and they have no concern for the poor child who is the victim. Now i will get off my soap box as i believe my blood pressure just went up a few points. Oklahoma cop.

I agree with you 100%. It is insane. The only thing is, every case is different - you don't know what happened during their cases to have this happen or what kind of counseling they went through. I think they may hear from psych people that their going to be ok when they get out ("experts" have a big impact on the court system) and they may say they had counseling, blah blah. Unfortunately, that is all it is: BLAH BLAH.

I believe that many judges need to be kicked off the bench. Our 'justice system' is more concerned about not paying parking tickets than sex offenders.

Sorry y'all Judges have to go by the laws. It's not that they want to let them go but that the laws are so that they are given many chances.
