There's this girl I have a crush on in college. I've liked her since the day I met her and I tried hanging out with her during the school year. We even went to a sports bar to watch our favorite football teams compete. Now I don't know if she knows I like her but right before we left for summer break my roommates in a drunken state told her I had a crush on her. Being the idiot that I am she tried talking to me later that night but I didn't want to hear it. Now I'm kicking myself because I don't know whether to tell her or just sit here and wait until school starts again in August.

She probably feels rejected and/or stupid because she might have believed them. duh. So go talk to her! Make her feel better and ask her out to lunch to make up for the stupidity of your roommates. It's a win-win situation if you look at it from the right angle! Go for it!

You don't have to tell her. She suspected it before and she knows now. I do think its in your best interest to talk to her about it though. As soon as possible. You don't want her to spend the rest of the summer thinking that you may not really be interested.
