I just want to point out that "boxweiler" is, well, quite frankly, a dumb name. Just like any of those "poo" mixes that keep popping up (darn you all for what you've done to my favorite breed). The correct thing that you are looking for is a Rottweiler/Boxer cross.

A quick search of www.petfinder.com (the nation's largest shelter listing) shows that there are approximately 3759 Boxer and Boxer crosses, and 3353 Rottweiler and Rottweiler crosses listed. With that many, you are bound to find the MIXED BREED that you are looking for, and you know what? You won't pay the exorbitant amount that backyard breeders and puppy mills (http://mywebpages.comcast.net/NoPuppyMillsVA/What_is_a_Backyard_Breeder_/what_is_a_backyard_breeder_.html) ask for, especially for a mixed breed with no papers. The best benefit? You'll have saved the life of a dog with little to no chance of ever finding a forever home (rotties and other large black dogs are always the last to be adopted, some stay in shelters for years.

Good luck in your dog search!

Why do you feel the need to have a boxer/rottreiler mix puppy? If you are going to buy a puppy you should go to a reputable breeder, and somebody who will sell you that kind of mix isn't a good breeder by any standards. They breed to better the breed not think they can make a few bucks of puppies. Somebody earlier had an awesome suggestion, animal shelters do see a lot of rott and boxer mixes you should check local ones, before you purchase one. I have a shelter dog, and he's the best dog I could ask for.

WOW Pres Bush is NOT the president anymore and the liberals are still trying to blame him for the economy LOL These boards are FULL of these kinds of people who TRY to bring politics into EVER area of your life, and this includes your pets. In the end what will happen is NO one will be able to have a pet BUT the elite and this is just what they want. YES do buy a puppy from a breeder and it will ONLY cost your 600. to a 1000. for one! YES go to the Humane Society and get a pet there, by the way the CEO makes more in one year then most people in the world in a life time. Most of the donations do NOT even get to the animals. Now many the local animals shelters do but the national ones do NOT. Google is and you can see yourself. OMG these people make me sick with their DO as I TELL you not as I DO CRAP!.

Go to a shelter and adopt a dog there. They need homes. A boxweiler is a mutt. So, there are plenty of those in shelters.

i'm pretty sure you can find one at an animal shelter.
the one by me has LOADS of rottie mixes, so a boxweiler has to come up ever once in awhile at least.
now a puppy i'm not so sure about. you might have to settle for an older dog if you get one from a shelter.
