There are now eggs in the market that have less cholesterol in the yolks. Egg farmers achieve this by careful selection of what goes in their chicken feed using all vegetable diets, with canola oil as the fat source. The reduction of cholesterol reported by one company is 50%, but they don’t offer good evidence of this.
Some of these feed mixtures appear to raise the amount of Omega-3 fats in eggs. One company claims their eggs have as much as 200 – 400mg per egg. Eggs have gotten a bad rap in the last few decades and are actually pretty good for you, but, for a cost, it appears that they can be even better.

The egg yolks have cholesterol. If you take the yolk out, low cholesterol. I've never had a "low cholesterol" whole egg before though.

You certainly can. The yolk contains a lot of the fat cholesterol etc...egg whites are often seen as a healthier means of eating eggs.

Yes, they are really low chol. They are egg whites tinted yellow.
Try mixing one whole egg and one egg white, then eating. Tastes better, costs less.
