why we get pains and gains in life why cant it be moderate.

If we got all pains, it would be hell and if we got all gains it would be heaven. And this is earth. Imagine it as a place between hell and paradise.Hell and paradise send winds to earth and then you get your pains and joys.And you would not know what pain is if you havent tasted joy and you wouldnt appreciate your gains if you havent seen pain.The trick is live it like a survivor not like a widower mourning your losses. Whatever comes be ready for it.You shall cry knowing you shall collect your pieces and stand up again even when you hate it; you shall laugh and love life knowing that it is cycle.

Because it's one big rollercoaster, so life levels out to being alright because there's soo many ups and downs, good times, bad times, etc.
When you feel like you're having a bad day or something bad happens to you that causes you pain, anguish, anger, etc. just tell yourself that it could always be worse, and it's true.

Life is certain. But we are uncertain. Since we see life from ourselves, life seems uncertain. See the life from outside you, then it will be certain

If life was moderate it wouldn't be interesting. The uncertainty is what gives life its spark. Wouldn't life be boring if we always knew what was going to happen??
