Damien, you need to actually read the bible before you spout such trash. Jesus wasn't killed by the Jews.
The death of Jesus was part of a plan God put into place (this is of course true if you believe in Jesus, his life, death, resurection, etc.). Jesus was placed on earth to teach but was told by God he would be put to death.
You can blame the Romans, or the Jews, but in truth both were pawns that each had their own critical role in God's plan. In other words, God was pulling the strings and caused everything to happen as it did.
Why? Because perhaps Jesus' death and resurrection was necessary to get people to pay attention and believe.
Lots of ugly tragedy happened per God's word or orders so all as part of the lessons he meant people to learn.
Get past the hating dude.....
Now..as to the original question - Because idiots like Damien still believe lies. Because Jews are pacifists and never fight back. Because Judiasm has a culture that stresses education (which most fundamentalists group discourage...actuallly) and freedom of thought. Thus there is a perception that Jews are more successful in business. (I say perception because not all Jews are rich).
Also during the dark ages, Christianity created rules that prohibited Christians from holding professions that hold money, like bankers and money lenders, and some forms of merchants. Thus the Jews in Europe were in control of much of the money.
Also remember that during the same time, anyone that didn't convert to Christianity was murdered. Some Jews converted, some moved to other parts of the world, but many took their beliefs underground.
Both of these factors caused resentment and resentment usually builds into hatred.
Jews eventually settled into ghettos in Europe which distanced them from the broad population and made them odd.
Now Jews are picked on like any other minority because of ignorance. People are afraid of things they don't know. Those without a true understanding of any culture often hate or fear.
Because there are so many Jews in powerful positions politically, in business and in the media, there are those that perceive an undue influence.
The truth is that there is nothing a Jew can do in the US that ANYONE else can't do except for their own personal limitations in ability, education, religious boundaries or just plain choice.
It's easier to hate than understand or learn the truth.

Honestly, I really haven't heard anyone making a fuss about the Jews. And if they are making a fuss, maybe its because its an ancient religion and Jesus was a Jew. That's kind of a big deal.
And if you're talking about the Holocaust, maybe its because a lot of people don't know all the facts about it. People don't know that Jews, Gypsies, Polish People, Gay People, and People of Other Religions were killed in camps, etc.

The reason the world pays attention to the "Jews" is due to their connection to the Bible. I believe the U.S. tries to keep a close connection to the "Jews", due to the biblical verse "And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee" (The KJV Bible, Genesis 12:2-3). The U.S. wants to stay on the receiving end as do all Christian nations. There are many races that have been, and are still persecuted. But, Western societies secret delusion to receiving blessing for aiding/protecting the "Jews" is what causes them to create a fuss.

Ironically enough it's posts like this that continue that pattern of behaviour you say annoys you.
Very smart there chap. You are enhacing the very thing you seek to destroy. You must have falied your 5th grade class didn't you.
Unless, your real agenda was to attempt to get people riled up against the Jews. In which case I'd say: sly.

I only talk about them in regards to the Bible. And occasionally if they come up in a conversation regarding a Biblical book or something like that. I don't typically talk about them. Not modern Jews anyway.

People don't like Jews, pretty much because God predicted it would be that way. Basically, all of the world's history in some way relates to that particular nation's treating of the Jews. "I will bless them that bless thee, and curse them which curse thee..."

The world is jealous. God selected the Jews as His chosen people. I agree He could have done much better-but He is all about teaching us lessons.

Because they were once God's nation and they turned their back on Jesus and killed Him. Therefore they placed a curse on themselves and their children childrens as they said in the Bible when they were calling on the crucifixtion of Jesus.
