Absolutely. I think we do the same exact thing Reagan did to Libya. We send 1 ICBM with a conventional war head to the missile site and 49 others to the personal residences of the dictator in charge. Usually that gets the point across....It did with Libya.

Yup, with the Russians/Chinese secretly handing them $$$ and missles, the North Koreans are prepare for anything.

Our missiles are already tested and sitting quietly in their silos. N. Korea poses no threat to anyone other than itself and its nearest neighbor, S. Korea. It is developing missiles as a deterrent or possibly solely as a bargaining chip.

our misiles dont need any more testing, they have been functional for decades all ranges, and we always have them ready to launch in the event of an emergency.
