First of all, have a sense that she does have an interest in you, because if she doesn't please don't ask. Call her on the phone and during the conversation ask her what she likes to do for fun. Of the things that she says, pick one that you also enjoy, and ask her what she's doing on the weekend (or whatever day you choose) Then just say we should go to ______ together. Then wait for her to say yea we should (fingers crossed). Then set up a time, and your good to go

The best way to ask a girl out is to be direct. Go up to her, chat for a little bit and then ask if she'd like to do something with you. Make sure you ask her to do something SPECIFIC like "Hey want to go see that new Jim Carey movie on friday?"

Make sure that the girl isnt stuck up. Flirt with her and get to know her a little better. And just say, "I am really interested in you and you seem like a good person inside and out, and i would like to know if you would go out with me?"

Don't make a big production out of it. Say something like, "I'm going for pizza later on - ya wanna come?", or, "hey, I've heard so and so's new movie is really cool - want to check it out with me tonight?" Just do it!

get to know her a little bit, b/c if you ask her she'll respond with something like "i don't really know you". find out what her hobbies are and say "well maybe we can do (activity) sometime" it's indirectly asking her w/o doing so. if you get a positive response, then you have a good idea. if you get a "nah i don't think so" vibe then you know w/o putting your pride out there when you ask.

BE YOURSELF! Just be polite and go up to her, tell he rhow you feel. See what kind of flowers she likes best or maybe ask her if she wants to see a movie with you. Girls love it when guys ask them out- but don't try and be anyone you aren't!!! Good Luck :)

smile but not like freakishly then just be honest with hertell her that you like her & if you dont really have any one in mind just explore you options but once you ask a girl out & she says yes stay with her dont have sex with her & go on to another person stay with that person until the relationship is over(like shes not interested & you not interested)

ask her in a good mood. then ask her if she's free on-(what day you want to go out)- if she say no.. forget about it.. but if she say yes, ask her like this for example.. wanna hang out? we can go for a movie... depends on what do you want to do with her..
