ok, let me say i'm not christian, or religious...that said, i can't believethe number of people putting their faith in this book and talking like its real...its so fictional and made up it isn't even funny. years and dates and people are skewed, events are changed, basically whatever it took to pound everything together and make it work. now that might make for an interesting story for some people, but interesting doesn't make it true. there are bits of "history" that are even changed when i can't figure out why it would have mattered to the story to even change them.
not that the bible is any better, the two books probably are on ratio together for problems and errors. sorry there are just too many to list here or i would.

The storyline of Robert was fictious. Often people throw off the whole book as fiction. But more likely than not Jesus had a wife. Jesus is always seen with a beard and only married hebrews had beards. Plus marraige is one of the most important and sacred commandments given to mankind. If Jesus had to be baptised, would it make sense if he also had to do other ordinances that all mortal men must do?
Secondly, the corruption also is a possiblity, secret organizations working behind the scenes. Look at history, look at the bible, evidence always has secret organizations playing the puppeteer of our lives. Look how far organized crime could get in the 20's and 30's. Is it not possible that somewhere out there are other groups that have lasted longer than the mafia, pulling strings.
Third, most things in the Da Vinci Code were based on fact, like the V symbol of the chalice, the Marovengian, the true meaning of the pentagram, the painting of the last supper, the knights templar's unfortunate end, the gnostic gospels, the council of alexandria, and others.
For all of you christians out there, go look up that council of Alexandria and Constantine. A bureacratic meeting determined the books in the new testiment and the political needs of the world at that time. It is not based on what needed to be in there for truth, but to make the public happy. God's word should be revised and editted by God for God, not men who have no authority.

It's all lies and deceptions, it speaks against the divinity of Jesus Christ and it is not a authority that can be trusted. It is used by the devil to deceive many to no believe in Jesus or his divinity and therefore they do not accept him and he is the only way to make it to heaven - only through accepting Jesus' sacrifice and resurrection can we choose life eternal.

I don't know so much about children. But I do think he was just a man and that he was messing around with Mary on the side.

The author claims his book is fiction. Could you believe that. Truth must be sought with an honest heart.

Sorry, all of it is fiction. There is no proof Jesus was married or fathered children. Not one single shred of proof, only speculation.

there might be, but the thing is to ask the right questions
thats how you can get to the truth (and not get flooded up on the conspirators who just want to topple anything down)
