Is there a way online that I could possibly find out exactly how much I owe in tickets.

You can try www,Mi.gov that should lead you in the right direction

You have to contact the place that issued you the ticket. For example, if you got the ticket while you were driving through Farmington Hills, you look on the ticket itself and there will be a phone number and address listed that says where you either show up for a court date to contest the ticket or where you can send your check. You can also enter the name of the city where you got the ticket into Google or another search engine and talk their city hall for more details. If you got a ticket on one of the state highways, you probably got stopped by a State Trooper and those tickets are handled by the State of Michigan, State Police. All the information you need is on the ticket itself.
