1 Thessalonians 2:13: "13 Indeed, that is why we also thank God incessantly, because when you received God’s word, which you heard from us, you accepted it, not as the word of men, but, just as it truthfully is, as the word of God, which is also at work in you believers."
After examining the evidence, many people have concluded that the Bible is from God, whom the Scriptures identify as “Jehovah.” (Psalm 83:18.)
The Bible contains the vast wealth of counsel and advice that we see time and again, when people follow the Bible, they benefit. When they ignore it, they suffer. No other body of counsel, ancient or modern, is so consistently beneficial and applies to people of all races. Wise counsel such as this cannot be merely folk wisdom. The fact that the Bible is a rich repository of such wisdom is powerful evidence that it is the Word of God.
What Other Book -
• has influenced as much of the world’s greatest art, literature, and music, while also having a profound impact on law?
• has survived thousands of years of recopying by human hand and yet has come down to us essentially as it was written?
• has inspired such unselfishness that some have been willing to suffer hardships and even risk death in order to translate it?
• has been translated into more than 2,100 languages, making it available to over 90 percent of the human family?
• mentions scientific truths not discovered until many centuries later?
• contains timeless principles that can help people of all racial, ethnic, and national backgrounds to improve their lot in life?
• contains unambiguous predictions that came true, as proved by historical facts?
Would it not be worth examining such a book?

Each and every word of the Bible was inspired by God, not just the thoughts or ideas.

No, the Bible is our interpretation of the Word of God, written a few thousand years ago, and translated repeatedly to the form we know today.
However, dogmatic law (according to the Bible) says that "laws made by men shall be honoured in Heaven" or something to that extent.

11 Timothy 3:16 - All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
This is of course refering to the Law and the Prophets (The Old Testement) which is the only scripture that there was when Paul penned this letter to Timothy. I would not say that ALL of the New Testement is the inspired Word Of God.

Yes a few times over & in a few different referrences.
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17 NASB)
Holy Scripture is not simply a collection of religious books: still less does it consist of mere fragments of Jewish and Christian literature. It belongs to the conception of Scripture that, though originating “by divers portions and in divers manners” (Heb_1:1), it should yet, in its completeness, constitute a unity, evincing, in the spirit and purpose that bind its parts together, the Divine source from which its revelation comes. The Bible is the record of God's revelations of Himself to men in successive ages and dispensations (Eph_1:8-10; Eph_3:5-9; Col_1:25, Col_1:26), till the revelation culminates in the advent and work of the Son, and the mission of the Spirit. It is this aspect of the Bible which constitutes its grand distinction from all collections of sacred writings - the so-called “Bibles” of heathen religions - in the world. These, as the slightest inspection of them shows, have no unity. They are accumulations of heterogeneous materials, presenting, in their collocation, no order, progress, or plan. The reason is, that they embody no historical revelation working out a purpose in consecutive stages from germinal beginnings to perfect close. The Bible, by contrast, is a single book because it embodies such a revelation, and exhibits such a purpose. The unity of the book, made up of so many parts, is the attestation of the reality of the revelation it contains.
Here it need only be said that the claim for inspiration in the Bible is one made in fullest measure by the Bible itself. It is not denied by any that Jesus and His apostles regarded the Old Testament Scriptures as in the fullest sense inspired. The appeal of Jesus was always to the Scriptures, and the word of Scripture was final with Him. “Have ye not read?” (Mat_19:4). “Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God” (Mat_22:29). This because “God” speaks in them (Mat_19:4). Prophecies and psalms were fulfilled in Him (Luk_18:31; Luk_22:37; Luk_24:27, Luk_24:44). Paul esteemed the Scriptures “the oracles of God” (Rom_3:2). They are “God-inspired” (2Ti_3:16). That New Testament prophets and apostles were not placed on any lower level than those of the Old Testament is manifest from Paul's explicit words regarding himself and his fellow-apostles. Paul never faltered in his claim to be “an apostle of Christ Jesus through the will of God” (Eph_1:1, etc.) - “separated unto the gospel of God” (Rom_1:1) - who had received his message, not from man, but by “revelation” from heaven (Gal_1:11, Gal_1:22). The “mystery of Christ” had “now been revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit,” in consequence of which the church is declared to be “built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief corner stone” (Eph_2:20; Eph_3:5).

Yes. Colossians 1:24-26
24Who now rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up that which is behind of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh for his body's sake, which is the church:
25Whereof I am made a minister, according to the dispensation of God which is given to me for you, to fulfil the word of God;
26Even the mystery which hath been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints:
And this is referring to the Old Testament...
quoting scripture, Paul says in Romans 10...
17So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
18But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.
19But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
20But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.
21But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.
