It says YOU HAVE ARRANGED THIS PHRASE, YOU HAVE WON THE 10 PTS. I knew it was a cryptogram, so i solved it that way, replacing letters and so on.

i changed every letter to the one that comes before it in the alphabet (ex. b=a)

ok, i think thats it, but we figured it out by the last part, and common sense lol! do i win lol!!!
each letter is acually the letter before it example b=a c=b...like that!

It's a crytptogram so i fixed in words and words like zpv and ibwf occured twice, so here goes nothing, it says :YOU HAVE ARRANGED THIS WORDS,YOU HAVE JUST WON 10 PTS".
