Yes it is, maybe not slutty but definitely tacky. A woman should have more respect and class than to show her undergarments to everyone. Wear blouses that fit and nothing should show. They make bras that convert to the type of top you wear. No straps should show. What's worse is if they have those darn thongs sticking out the back. Why would anyone with self respect care to show their underwear to total strangers?

It depends upon how much bra you are talking about. Just Straps matching your shirt is ok . Anything more than that it better be flesh colored or at least very sexy so you can show it off and be slutty,sometimes it isn't a bad thing.

Personally, yes I think it is slutty. There are so many bra types on the market that there is no reason for a bra to show. After all, besides being named lingerie, it IS underwear - not outerwear. Simple modesty goes a very long way in our society. Same goes for the thong panties showing.

If you are wearing a halter top... I don't think it is slutty... it looks a little weird but at least you had the kindness enough to wear a bra in the first place... b/c personally I can't stand it when a girl doesn't wear a bra when she should be....

Is it a bad thing to be slutty? That all depends on you. Bras showing is usually a sign of lacking class, and most people assume that also means lacking morals and/or restraint. Would it be worse to wear no bra? It all depends on your point of view. Personally, I think sluts are better people than prudes, because they're less judgmental.

If your straps are showing cause you are wearing a tank top or they accidentally show then No it isnt slutty. If you cups are showing, yes it is slutty so keep it under a shirt properly.

I hope not. Mine show all the time :O Mostly because my boobs are too big to wear a strapless, and I always wear Tangtops~ Now if you were to be wearing a loooow cute top and the whole top of your bra was showing, that would be pretty yuck.

It looks like you don't know how to dress. You wouldn't see it a Vogue Magazine. They make Bras now that the strap is clear plastic. That way if your waring a tiny tank top & the strap slides out, it's virtually invisible...try one of those.

depends on if the straps of your shirt will cover them and you let the bra hang out anyways.. and white is fine to show as long as it looks accidental.. colored is asking for attention.. and if it more than just the straps showing.. put some damn clothes on. :)
