Hopefully girls are more into boys than men...however this woman digs long hair on some guys (men). It can definitely be quite the turnon.

Not really long hair above the shoulder i think is a good legnth curly or straight is fine.

If the guy's hair stays above his shoulders by about an inch its ok. I really don't like it if its longer, it gives the impression that he doesn't take care of himself.

well it depends upon the eyes of the beholder ....and the style of the holder...
in my case, i like long haired guy if they know how to style it, and if they can carry themselves beautifully.
but if it is such that they just feel like it, and dont look at it..then they will only look like a trash...
