My sprit is of God. My sprit promised God I will remain married to my wife until death. regardless of what the laws of the world say. My spirit will remain married until it dies, Correct? So even if she is divorced on earth will she be divorced in heaven or will she be married to me???

No marriage in heaven. No need for it.
For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.
Matthew 22:30
We will have glorified bodies, different than these carbon-based models we now have, but we will be known as we are known now.

God will not see you as divorced even if she divorces you here on earthy by a legal court.
Many times human laws and allowances are not God's.
