I know this guy, and sometimes he act's like he likes me, he's friendly and gives me that "look", but other times it's like he pretends I'm not even there. I mean, he'll speak to me, but that's about all. What does this mean?

He might be trying to read your expression, like testing the waters to see if you feel the same way. The best you can do is help him out and give him hints that your intersted.

Maybe you are mistaking attraction with just being friendly. And if he gave you that look one day then maybe it was what you were wearing or something.
