If you get GI discomfort and or diarrhea after having a dairy product you are probably lactose intollerant. Try using lactaid before having milk and see if you reaction to it changes.

You will know if when you drink milk or any milk products, you will either break out or have trouble breathing!! If you are really concerned that you might be lactose intolerant call your family doctor and ask him/her for the symptoms! I hope that I at least helped you a little!!

Basically you throw up if you drink milk. I loved milk as a little kid, but couldn't drink it, or have my cereal with milk, because I was lactose intollerant. If I did have any I'd get a horrible stomache ache and then throw up, maybe more than once.

And trust me, soy is not as good as regular old milk.

drink milk and wait by the bathroom,

symptoms include:The gas causes a range of unpleasant abdominal symptoms, including stomach cramps, bloating, flatulence and diarrhea. Like other unabsorbed sugars, e.g. mannitol, the lactose raises the osmotic pressure of the colon contents, preventing the colon from resorbing water and hence causing a laxative effect to add to the excessive gas production.

When you have dairy products and have to s*** soon after most of the time, then you are probably lactose intolerant.

Cut dairy out completely for a couple of weeks and then try adding one thing back in at a time. Then you will see what causes your problems.

would not sound such as you're lactose illiberal. it would have some thing to do with the cheese (cheese ? milk). i might refrain from eating cheese for a at the same time as and then perhaps attempt it returned later. initiate with those cheese for babies (those that are available in slices for sandwiches) and circulate your way as much as the greater organic cheese.

See a Dr. they can run tests.

Nausea, diarrhea, excessive gas are all possible signs of lactose intolerance. They can also be signs of GERD.
