NO, its up and runnning fine. How can it be closing when they just released a New BETA version of Yahoo! messenger

Dun worry that will never happen. In fact, very soon Yahoo Messenger will get even more new features. I was told that we can soon talk to MSN Messenger.

They aren't closing... infact they are releasing a new version of Yahoo! messenger shortly with support for third party developers.

No it isn't closing down. I honestly had no problem with yahoo messenger, but I had problem with yahoo answers cause they were fixing it as in updating it.

No, there is just some technical difficulties right now. Like a few weeks ago when yahoo answers was completely shut down.
