Bought white hominy, my first time. Want to make something different but don't have too many things in refrigerator. Home recipes are welcomed even preferred:)

White House Chili
(Ground turkey, white beans, hominy and green chiles in a tangy broth.)

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
2 cans (15 ounces each) great northern beans
1 can (16 ounces) white hominy
1 can (4.5 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 package Lawry's chili seasoning
½ cup water

Directions
Brown the turkey. Drain. Add the beans, along with their liquid, the hominy and the green chiles. Add the seasoning mix and water. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 20 minutes.

Suggestions
Serve with grated white American cheese and chopped green onions.

Super Quick Dinner Rolls INGREDIENTS 1 cup self-rising flour 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons mayonnaise DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). If you are not using a nonstick muffin pan, grease 5 cups of a regular muffin pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, milk, and mayonnaise. Spoon into the 5 prepared muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, or until nicely puffed and browned. I like this recipe. It's pretty fast and easy to make

omg this is a good one here...

i can hominy drained and rinsed
add 2 or 3 slices of american cheese
dash of tobasco or more if preferred
salt and pepper
1 tbl of butter (or more)
cook on low heat till heated through!

menudo, theres a can that you add to white hominy, go to your local mexican store.
