This is more of a statement than a question. I saw and heard on the news about the two soldiers that were mutilated and murdered by Iraqis. It makes me mad because I feel it was unneccesary for us to be there. This all started with a lie from Bush about weapons of mass destruction when there was none. Why did'nt he use this type of force when Osama Bin Laden blew up the towers? Again, this is my opinion. Please give me yours.

LIES? what LIES? All we hear from those that appose the war is lies were told. So, we don't need to be there eh?? What about ousting Sadaam, who is KNOWN world wide to be an evil dictator hell bent on murdering and torturing his own people. He's OUT. What about women and children allowed now to go to school, to get proper health care (provided by the US) electricy is up and running, libraries are open, andWhen some claim President Bush shouldn’t have started this war, state the following…

FDR…led us into WWII. Germany never attacked us: Japan did.
From 1941 –1945, 450,000 lives were lost, an average of 112,500 per year.
Truman….finished that was and started one in Korea. North Korea never attacked us.
From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost, and average of 18,334 per year.

JFK..started the Vietnam conflict in 1962. Vietnam never attacked us.
Johnson…turned Vietnam into a quagmire. From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost, and average of 5,800 per year.
Clinton…went to war in Bosnia without UN of French consent. Bosnia never attacked us. He was offered OSB’s head on a platter three times by the Sudan and did nothing.
OSB has attacked us on multiple occasions.

In the years since terrorists attacked us, President Bush has:
Liberated two countries
Crushed the Taliban
Crippled al-Qaida
Put nuclear inspectors in Libya, Iran and North Korea without firing a shot.
Captured a terrorist who slaughtered over 300,000 of his own people.

The Dems are complaining and whining about how long the war is taking, but…
It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno to take the Branch Davidian Compound. That was a 51-day operation.
We’ve been looking for evidence of chemical weapons in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton to find the Rose Law Firm billing records.

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after he drove his Olds off the Chappaquiddick Bridge.

It took less time to take Iraq than it took to count, and then re-recount the votes in Florida.

Our Commander-In-Chief is doing a GREAT JOB. Military moral is high.

The biased media and Bush Hating Libs are hoping we are too ignorant to realize facts. For those of you who can't see for your hatred, why don't you just TRY and learn FACTS before you spew your hatred.

And PLEASE, don't tell me that 9/11 is a Gvt Coverup, you sound soooo retarded when y'all say that. YOU know and I know it was Muslim/Islamic extremists bent on killing US all, that INCLUDES you lefty whining liberals

I think Cindy pretty much said it all.

I will add though that a lot of people say Bush lied about WMDs. Clinton Backed him, Clinton had said it for years, and even when they weren't found he admitted it was a shock to him. It wasn't a lie, it was bad intelligence.

What angers me about the soldiers that were recently tortured and mutilated is that the media will let it go very soon, these are the same people that refuse to remind everyone how they felt when the towers fell. However if one Marine, Sailor, Soldier, or Airman miss fires his or her weapon, the same media will accuse them of slaughtering Iraqis.

First of all it is very tough to find one man in the world, especially one that is only worried about not being found. We did use this type of force. Afganistan's government didn't last very long after the war started and we are now trying to rebuild it into a democratice ally. I would not call what Bush did a lie. Iraq had and used these weapons in the past on their own people. Fact. Sadaam Hussein was a terrible ruthless dictator who oppressed his own people. Fact. The way these soldiers were killed shows how terrible these people are and they wouldn't think twice about doing it to YOU.

Sheesh, where do yuo get your info from "The Daily Show" and MTV News. Within three weeks of 9/11 we launched an attack against Taliban-led Afghanistan. Three weeks later it was taken down. Osama has been on the run ever since and is no longer the tactical leader of Al Qaeda. The real leader was Zarqawi who we just killed.

Oh yeah and Zarqawi operated out of Iraq before we invaded. It was his home base even though he is Jordanian. Saddam financially rewarded the families of suicidie bombers who attacked Israel.

As for WNDs, he used them before on the Iranian and his own people (the Kurds). He told his won generals he had them and he refused to let UN inspectors inspect suspected storage areas,

Monday morning quarterbacking and whining is easy. Fighting the War on Terror isn't, but we're still doing a good job.

It is truely such a waste of young men....I really should say "boys" for that is what they are.....look at your little "brother or sister" they are the ones over there.....I say everyone should be eligible for a "draft" ....everyone period!!......see if you will see any old men at war.....you won"t and as a matter of point, neither will you see any wars......old men like "Bush and Chaney" (who both dodged Vietnam...they had more important things to do!!)....see if they would so easily commit us with themselves on the list to go as well as family members.....they sure are eager to send someone else's young men over there.......we are there now and no way out......I wish we would just throw all of their "murdering" tactics back in their faces.....they are the same as us.....it is only a minority that is "cold hearted"....but if there is a billion Muslims....1% comes to what....10,000,000 million in this minority......show the other 99% the bodies....the de-capitations....the dismembered childred......the mass executions.....etc, etc, etc..........throw all this back at them (99%) and see if it doesn't work.......they get upset about "cartoons" and descreation of the Koran........you tell me they won't reacted to all of this in a positive way........or we could just set up "free fire zones" and just kill them all and sort them out later..........NO!.....we can't do that......use their tactics to get inside the 99% heads so as to turn them against the 1%...........5th Special Forces Republic of Vietanam 1970-1972 (Airborne)

I think you need to do more research, and find out who was actually behind 9/11!
Why would he lie about 'The War on Terror" and not lie about other things?
