People would like to think 16. It's younger than that, before mom and dad realize it's happening, anyway.
13-14 would be average.

i'd say the average age that an emotional bond can be made and a mature relationship can be estabolished, would be around 16.
i say that because once you're 16 a world of responsibility opens up and having a boyfriend is big.. so becareful when you're young. i messed up my teen years trying to grow up to fast. i'm 22 now, but if i could talk to the 14year old me, i would have changed so much!

Study is the prime thing in life . So I think it's better to find a friend
or life partner after 18 years of age. As you are matured,it's easy
to select a right friend.
