I would give everyone the ability to see and feel how their actions and words have effected every person that they have come into contact with this far in their lives.They would get to be that other person during the experience. I would hope that it would change the way they choose to treat people.

If I were God, I would put an end to the whole thing, call My People home to Heaven, and let eternity begin. This world has gotten much too violent and disgusting.
I think He is only waiting for the last ones Who will come to Him to make it, and that will be the the cue for Him to bring down the curtian. Luckily for those people, I am not God, for I would have run out of patience a long time ago.
(Come to think if it, I have to wonder...if God felt like I do about it...would He have been patient enough to wait for me?)

No one really knows what powers God has.
If I could have ANY power, I would lower the fertility rates of humans and raise those of plants and animals grown for food. I would clean the air and the water and destroy garbage and nuclear waste dumps.
Those all sound nice, right.
Then I would be a vengeful god and destroy quite a few humans. Not selectively, but to fix the overpopulation of the earth. If I could, I would make it not be painful for those who died and for those who didn't.
Then I would collect as many prophets as possible to teach that all gods are the same and not to fight in god's name.
By then it would be time for rest.

Come down and get a tv crew to follow me, explain to the world who and what I am, what it is they are to do in life, explain concisely it is not to gather wealth or fame, but to live and be happy with friends and family,
i would go to the scientists and answer their questions about how i started the universe and the process of evolution was my plan,
i would give them the ability to cure all disease,
i would eliminate all weapons, now that i have come all men and women will have hope, and won't commit crimes
people will be inspired to build homes for the homeless
to feed the hungry
people would cease to be racist or sexist or homophobic, for i would explain how i god love all of humanity
there would be so much love radiating from me that all would cease to hate for the love from me would empower them to love
this i would do

I would like to say things like cure AIDS, end war, and bring world peace, but for me to say that would be like me saying, "I can do a better job than God can". There's obviously reasons (which I don't know) why things are the way they are. I'm not going to go any deeper than that. I guess I'll know the answers the day I see God face to face.

I would do something that would allow the world to know that I truly exist. Nothing to dramatic but seeing how I would be GOD I think I could come up with something that could not be explained away as a natural phenomenon.

There are so many things that god does, can't think of anything,
But I would banish all the religion and establish only spiritualiy which is free of religion
