God created the heavens and the earth. Men physically wrote the Bible. The verse is- In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

The books of the Bible are for the most part named after those who wrote what God said, and what happened. God did not write the Bible, other's wrote the words and the history.

Because it is written in the language of men...so that men can understand.
Also as an object lesson....kings should not use the first person when speaking to their subjects as it equates the king with his subjects. The king should always refer to his title rather than himself.

God didn't actually write the bible. he gave his word to his disciples and prophets who wrote it. all of the things that are written come from him but wern't written out by him. the apostle paul wrote most of the books in the bible.so they are writing about what God said to them.

I believe God refers to Himself in third person to let us know what He is capable of doing, as well as promises He makes to us.

God didnt write the book. he had other people write it for him. like the desciples and other people mentioned in the bible. moses, daniel, and so many more wrote the book by gods command.

Perhaps because it wasn't written by God, but just his word. If someone else writes about someone, they use the third person.
