No Diet At All. All you have to do is change your eating habits and break your 3 meals a day into 6 (half of a normal portion), exercise and drink plenty of water.

Never try staring yourself, or going on a all liquid or vegetarian type diet. Your body just needs it's share of vitamins and nutrients, but you must give it time to break them down. That is why you break a normal serving in half and eat 6 smaller meals instead of 3 normal ones. OH Yeah..........I almost forgot.....try not eating after 6pm. The later you eat the harder it is for you body to break down food. It's late, you are sleepy and tired and your metabolism is tired and slowing down as well. So if it is late, just drink a glass of juice or water and maybe have a small salad. Salad is nothing but roughage and water and lord know your body can always use that. Good Luck....

Sonoma! It doesn't make you stop eating anything...just cut down. It takes a bit longer than fad diets but they say they longer it takes to take off weight the more likely it will stay off. i have been on it for 3 months and have lost 22 pounds. i love it.
Good luck.
