met this gal 3 months ago thru a referral. now i am convinced that i can't marry her but i dont know her to let her know without appearing cruel and insensitive though there has been no any kind of commitment. prob is she is already so excited abt us.

Why would you already be talking about getting married after only being with her for three months? If you feel like you don't or can't marry her then tell her. You two have not been together long enough to worry about her feelings I am sure that if you just talk to her then you two will come to an agreement. You just need to be open and honest with her before it does go to much longer. She will trust you and will not end in a sour note because you were honest with her. If you keep it from her then she will think everything is going according to plan and then you will be walking down the alter.
