So I have been reading about colon cleanses. Has anyone tried them? What is the best? Were the results good??

The doctors are against it now.
They have medicines if you really want to get serious about it.
My wife was totally cleaned out for an inspection.
It takes two days and fasting.

Simple prune juice is the best.
Also, cut back on the meats for a while.

A fruit fast for 3 days is another good way.
Stay away from colonics.

Yeah, I've been reading up on them too. I tried one, not rated very good, but it was cheap, and I didn't get enough results from it because I wasn't consistent with it. Then a co-worker told me that she had tried one, and she bought all the ingredients at a health food store. She gave me all the information and I'd like to try it but I have to get to the store first. I did read that colon cleansing can "eliminate" a lot of health problems and that it is the first step towards total health. Go online and do some comparing. Good luck to you and happy pooping!! ( Actually, if you get some good answers I may try what is recommended to you.)

There is no medical benefit from "colon cleansing". Save your money and your bowels. Don't believe the quacks.
