I need some really neat ideas for a bridal/ bachlorette party. Got some?

Friend is getting ready to say " IT," I want to give her a good shoving off party. IDEAS?

It really depends on the bride - if she's not into strippers or bars, you'll want to consider that. Also, think about $$ - if you're going barhopping, it gets expensive, especially when you consider getting a limo or even just cabs to drive everyone (since I'm sure no one will be driving themselves!) We had a slumber party for my best friend's bachelorette party, and we had one of the sex toy party things where the lady comes and brings all the stuff and you can buy it (always fun!), and we all added $$ to our orders to go towards whatever the bride wanted. Then we played a game where we broke into teams, everyone had a banana and a condom, and the judge put tons of lotion on everyone's hands. The object was for the each person to put the condom on and take it off, then pass it to the next person, and so on, with the team that finished first winning. But everyone's favorite game was c*$k decorating. We found cake pans in the shape of ...well...that, they were about 4" long and were anatomically correct. We bought different kinds of frosting, food coloring, sprinkles, whipped cream, red hots - all kinds of stuff - and split up into teams. Each team had 3 of the cakes and 20 minutes to decorate all 3 however they wanted. The bride was the judge, and we had categories: most realistic, most creative, most disgusting. Of course, then we ate the cakes, and that was hilarious in and of itself. I have pictures of the cakes somewhere - post a note on here if you want me to email some of them!

Of course, chick flicks and spa days are always fun, too!!

Ok I have hosted 2 bridal showers and a bachlorette party in the last year.
At party america they have some dice, they are alot of fun, they say things like take a shot, hug, sing to, etc, the other one says with a hunk, with a nerd, with a tall man, with a short man etc.
We made some new rules, take shot came up alot, so we made the bride find someone who would pay for the shot, helped me out since her drinks were on me.We thru the dice across the dance flooor when none was dancing, small bar. and the bride t looked to see what she had to do next, then before we knew it the whole bar was involved, it was a blast. Everyone was chasing the dice to see what she had to do next. Even the waitresses wereon the lookout to find people that matched the description. Someone who she had already cut off,she got special permission from the manager to let him do one more shot since she had to take a shot with a drunk. SO MUCH FUN!!!
Also at Party america they have fake diamond rings, give each guest a ring when they arrive, pick a wordthat they cannot say such as married, marry or the grooms name, when someone says the chosen word/words then the person who heard it gets their ring, whoever has the most at the end of the party wins.
Toilet paper bride is fun, devide the group into 2 teams of 3-5 people, the group picks a model for their team, using only toilet paper make a wedding dress, be as creative as you want, we had a veil and a tiara shoes and a garter.
Oh before they start the bride and the host leave the room give them about 10 minutes and then return the bride gets to decide which team wins.

If it is in a restaurant or other public place this will be great - we did this for my sisters bachelorette party and she was so puzzled, surprised and loved it:
-get about 20-30 long stem red roses
-a picture of the bride-to-be
-ask permission of the restaurant manager and deposit both with a note in the men's washroom with a note for guys to come give the bride-to-be a rose and wish her luck

My sister had no clue why all these strange men came up to her with roses and wished her well. It was so much fun. The guys were really nice to - one kissed her hand and one gave her a big hug....We did not clue her in until we were on the way home with her nice bouquet of flowers.

what my sister did for my bachlorette party was this

we all met up at a restaurant of my choice adn then the placed a veil on me.

give me the following directions.
1. everytime i said my husband to be name, i had to do the chicken dance
2. everytime someone said, what is happening on dec. 17th, i would have to stand up and say something about my upcoming wedding.
3. then when it was time to go, i had to shout out and do the chicken dance all over the restaurant walking out the door.

I had a hoot doing this.. :D then we went over to my aunt's house and drank a few drinks, had cake and punch and then i opened up my presents up and then went home.

i had a wonderful time. i didn't want any strippers and they didn't get them for me, they respected me in that area.

In my opinion, going to a karaoke bar/club or renting a karaoke machine or buying one is more fun than hiring a stripper. Everytime I host a party or go to a party, I ALWAYS bring my karaoke machine with me. It's always a good ice breaker at boring parties and everybody always have fun.
