Lots of good suggestions already. Another choice is to put a kids plastic pool out, filled with clean water. Toss a ball into the pool and let her fetch it out. This is a great way to rinse pond stink off of her.
Another suggestion is dryer sheets!!! Just rub the dog a little. Watch for skin problems though, just in case. See if you can find the Arm And Hammer ones, they have baking soda in them..I think. Put a few of them on her bedding or inside.
Lasly, when you bathe your dog, consider a DOWNY rinse. Seriously! This helps with allergies too! Wash dog, mix a little Downy into some water and rinse the dog with it, then rinse again in water. Keeps fur soft and makes living with the dog easier if the dog has allergies. Again, keep out of eyes and watch the skin for allergic reactions.

You might try to enclose the pond so she cannot swim daily (Especially if she's long haired) Because and i'm afraid previous answer is right, ponds come with a'plenty germs and stuff you do not want your dog to carry!
Wash and rinse her well after the bath and ensure she is totally dry afterwards (Hairdrier job i'm afraid) As dampness/humidity is a favourite breeding ground for bacteria.

What do you mean by fresh? If you mean clean, make sure that she is clean by bathing her every month. I know that this sounds like a long time between baths, but if you bathe a dog too often the doggie's skin will dry out. If you begin to smell the "doggy smell" it's time to bathe her.
I had a mixed breed terrrier and this time of year, I would bathe her at least once a month.

bath her in clean water after the swim in the pond. The pond is stagnant water that isn't helping her with smelling fresh. In fact, you might be hurting her health especially if she swallows any of that water.

I use Colgate Men's Shaving Foam (just the cheapest variety) to deodorize my dogs. It is so easy to rub it on and wipe it dry. Keeps them smelling good for a long time. It seems to condition the coat nicely, too.
It come in two fragrances, so you have a choice of minty or citrus.

They do sell doggie deodorants you spray on their coat...but it's doubtful how well it would work seeing as the dog goes back in that pond every day.

There is a powder you can purchase that is a waterless shampoo, it is like a deodorant for dog fur! It works great on long and short haired dogs, and you can get it at your local pet store!
