You will never stop thinking about him... ACTUALLY do you even want to forget him? He was your brother and regardless of the fact that he is now gone.. he doesn't have to be forgotten.... live the happy memories with parents, rejoyce of the things that were life behind. If you need understanding as to why this is happening... honey, It is natural to wonder, especially about family that you have never met.
Rest assured God has his own plan and when He says "child come home"..... it may be unfair, unjust, untimely... but He needed him, once the Lord feels you have completed the purpose He sent you here for you, He calls you home. Keep his memory alive... pictures, photos, report cards... things that he made... he will always be your OLDER brother, you will always be the little brother......
He is watching over you and doesn't want you to feel pain, talk to a counselor... it is natural to mourn, it is unhealthly to try to understand

First do not try to get through this on your own. Please get some proffessional help. The best way to get through a tradegy is to talk about it. Don't let it get all bottled up. You say he was nine. For example if he enjoyed baseball start something in your community that is in his honor like a scholorship for kids that play baseball very well. Was he good in school. Volunteer to make other kids his age as happy as he was about school. Email me at mrsdamico22.com and I will be more than happy to give you more ideals based on what your family has told you about him since you never actually met him. Remember he loves you and he knows you love him to. He is an Angel now watching over his little brother. Cherish the life he lived and live through it that way.

I feel you, bro. Ive got two brothers who died before THEY were born. Dont think so much about it. Just show love and respect for the memory.

It's upsetting to know you had a sibling that died before you were born but it's nothing you can change. You need to stop dwelling on the past and look to the future (especially a past that happened before you).

if you never saw him before and he died before you were born it doesnt make any sense to dwell on something thats not realistic, its sounds as though you knew him for years, its not like hes somewhare out there in the world and your trying to contact him, get a life and think about something more reproductive. good luck

You will never stop thinking about him-he is a connection to you. Talk to your family about how you are feeling-they have experience with him as a person and can help you understand who he was. Don't try to suppress it-just work through it and embrace him as part of your life.

I believe we all have guardian angels. You should believe that your brother is keeping watch over you and protecting you in everything you do. The people we love are never truly "gone" from our lives, they are just present in another form. Your brother knows YOU, even if you never got a chance to know him.

There are somethings in the world that we can't change. And you have to accept this reality..
Think about the others, who are living only for you.
