i'm looking for an antivirus software that is installed on the USB Flash Drive, that runs automatically once the said drive is ran in a computer.

Any good anti virus software will work on USB drives. The computer sees a USB drive as just another, but removable, drive.

What you need to do is when you attach your USB drive to a port you need to: Open "My Computer" -> right click on the USB Drive (listed as removable storage)-> Select the option "Scan for Viruses". This will launch your computer's AV program and scan the USB drive for any virii. This is the only way one can scan a USB drive for virii. As said in the previous answer any good AV will do this.
