Should a nap be an important part of your day? Or is it only for people under 5 years old?

Everything depends on the individual.

If a person has trouble sleeping at night, then they should not nap during the day. That being said, most people get refreshed from a nap provided they do not nap too long. Again, the individual makes their own assessment.

depends on your body condition. Some are borned weak and they feel tired easily and thus more rest. Naps according to some research will make a person happier for the rest of the days. I am so active that if I nap in the day, i will be counting imaginary sheeps at night. : )

It can be if you haven't gotten enough sleep or got up really early in the morning. i don't think its for kids under 5. It can be for everyone.

i doze off in the afternoon alot while my g/f is watching her soaps
