I do crunches on the stability ball. Also, I do reverse crunches laying on the floor with my feet on the ball. I lift the ball with my legs and do a reverse curl. Or a double crunch, just like the reverse crunch but combined with a regular crunch. The other ab exercise I do on the ball is the hardest one. You start in a push up position with your feet on the ball. You pull the ball up towards your body with your legs and then roll back to the starting position.

You can also do push up with your feet or legs on the ball. Ball wall squats--stand by a wall with the ball behind your back and on the wall. Do a squat rolling the ball down the wall and then come back up. You can sit balanced on the ball and do many upper body exercises like bicep curls, etc. Sitting on the ball, you have to use your abs to stay balanced while doing the arm exercise.
