The first time does and If the guy is big down there, it will hurt. Just take it slow and use ky jelly if you are not wet when he tries to insert.
Make sure it is with someone you trust or someone you know will take their time and be gentle the first couple times.
Just make sure he wears a condom... you don't want to get pregnant or catch some kind of disease.

It does initially the first thrust but if taken easily not much. If your partner is small it won't matter much but if his penis is 4 inches and thin no prob. If you got the big ones at 6inches and more, a circumference of more than 4 in. It will hurt. I've had women complain of my girth. Just take it slow..

It can.
The first time hurt ALOT. I was only 14 though.
Now I have endometreosis, so it hurts alot of the time as well.
I don't think it usually hurts most women though.
